REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

For hygiene considerations, please note that all purchases, including gift vouchers, made are deemed as final sale. As a result, they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind

All our items are inspected and quality checked packaged prior to shipping.In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will be more than happy to replace it and arrange for reshipment at no additional cost. Please note that refunds are not provided in such cases.

For all returns due to faults or damage, Rejoov House will conduct a thorough assessment and retains the right to either replace the item or issue a store credit refund. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund in the form of a store credit will be issued for future use.

Kindly keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be at your own expense. In the case of a store credit refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or process refunds for change-of-mind requests once orders have been fulfilled

HOW TO LDOGE AN REPLACEMENT

To initiate a request, kindly get in touch with us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Please be aware that we will not be able to consider requests submitted after this 7-day period. When sending your email, make sure to include the following details:

  1. Your order number, 

  2. Which item(s) were damaged

  3. Reasons for your return

  4. Photo evidence (if requested)

If your request is approved, we will notify you by email and process your store credit refund or exchange within 3 business days.

GIFT PURCHASES

We recommended that gift purchases are made with your details allowing you to subsequently forward it to the intended recipient as any replacement or store credit refunds will be sent back to the original purchaser. However, if you prefer direct delivery to the recipient, please ensure that your billing information matches yours, while the delivery details accurately reflect the recipient's address.

E-GIFT VOUCHER

We recommended that e-gift vouchers are purchased in the name of the beneficiary. Please ensure billing and shipping details are clearly stated.

ALLERGIES

While we sincerely hope such a situation never arises, we recognise that some individuals may have sensitivities to specific skincare ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product description and ingredient list provided with each item to proactively prevent any adverse reactions
