How do i make an order?

You can place an order through our website, by visiting our 'Shop' page. Once you have selected your desired products, visit your cart checkout page and follow the prompts to make a payment.

Another option is to place a manual order via email. Contact us and we’ll aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

I have an issue with my order, can i return it?

All our items are inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us

For hygiene considerations, please note that all purchases, including e-gift cards, made on our website are deemed as final sale. As a result, they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind

How is my order packaged?

The packaging you receive will vary depending on the products you purchase, but rest assured, all items are treated with utmost care.

In our commitment to environmental responsibility, we consciously minimise the use of plastics in our packaging. Our packaging materials are designed to be recyclable and repurposable, and whenever feasible, we utilise biodegradable mailer bag

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased here to redeem on services online or in-store. When redeeming it for products, please be aware that it can only be used for in-store purchase and cannot be redeemed on our online store.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be redeemed or reissued after the expiry date. Rejoov House is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers and will not replace them in such cases. This voucher is non-refundable and holds no cash value. It cannot be combined with any other offer or specials at Rejoov House. It is intended for use by a single individual during a single visit only

Allergies

While we sincerely hope such a situation never arises, we recognise that some individuals may have sensitivities to specific skincare ingredients.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product description and ingredient list provided with each item to proactively prevent any adverse reactions

My order is a gift, what do i do?

To designate your order as a gift, kindly leave instructions in the checkout comments.

We recommended that gift purchases are made with your details allowing you to subsequently forward it to the intended recipient as any replacement or store credit refunds will be sent back to the original purchaser. However, if you prefer direct delivery to the recipient, please ensure that your billing information matches yours, while the delivery details accurately reflect the recipient's address.

Should you wish to include a personalised message, we are delighted to provide a complimentary card. Please remember to input your message within the checkout comments. Alternatively, if you prefer to pen a message yourself, we can dispatch the gift to your address along with a blank card.

What happens if the recipient is not available to accept delivery?

Our parcels are subject to signature upon delivery. In the event that the recipient is not available at the specified address, the courier may redirect your parcel to the nearest Australia Post location for your convenience. Please be advised that if specific instructions have been provided to leave the parcel with reception, outside your residence, or at your workplace, Rejoov House cannot assume responsibility for any potential theft or damage to the parcel in such cases

Can you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to the varying sizes of our parcels

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage, shipping is only available within Australia. We will hopefully be able to offer international shipping in early 2021

How does delivery work?

We ship Australia wide and shipping costs will vary depending on your location. We use a number of different courier services such as Sendle and Australia Post for our deliveries.

What are your processing and delivery times?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday by 5 pm are dispatched on Fridays, while orders placed between Friday and Sunday by 5 pm are shipped on Mondays.

Please anticipate up to 10 days for delivery to rural areas. For Greater and Metro Sydney suburbs, you can typically expect delivery within 2-5 business days, while interstate deliveries usually arrive between 3-7 business days for regular shipping

What happens if I need my order urgently?

Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

What are your delivery fees?

Orders under $100 attract a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for standard shipping.

FREE standard shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD. Use code FREESHIP100 at checkout

Express shipping is available for urgent orders. We charge a flat rate of $19.95 AUD.
